These Terms of Service govern use of the Pack N Ship Mailing Center website and services. By using the website, placing an order, submitting an application, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Service Policies.

Eligibility and account information

You must provide complete and accurate information and have authority to use the submitted payment method and request the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your customer account credentials and keeping contact and payment information current.

Services and third parties

Shipping carriers, virtual mailbox providers, retailers, payment processors, and government agencies have their own terms. Pack N Ship Mailing Center is an independent service center and does not control a carrier’s transportation network, a retailer’s refund, or a provider’s platform decision.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and service details shown at checkout apply to that transaction. Shipping quotes may change after final measurement, carrier surcharges, declared value, destination, taxes, or service selection. Recurring services automatically renew at the frequency and price accepted at checkout until canceled, subject to the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use our website, address, accounts, mailboxes, or package services for unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, misleading, or prohibited activity. We may refuse or suspend service when information is incomplete, payment fails, identification does not match, an item is unsafe or prohibited, or continued service would violate carrier, USPS, provider, or legal requirements.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep website content accurate, but services, prices, hours, availability, carrier rules, and third-party features can change. Contact us before relying on information for a time-sensitive transaction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pack N Ship Mailing Center is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, carrier delay, third-party system failure, retailer decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Carrier claims and declared-value limits are governed by the carrier. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
