Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Package Club is billed monthly. Private Mailbox plans are billed every three months. By completing checkout, the customer authorizes the recurring charges shown.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel future renewal at any time without a cancellation fee through your customer account or by contacting info@packshipcenter.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not end service immediately. Package Club continues through the paid monthly period; Private Mailbox service continues through the paid three-month period. Paid periods are not partially refunded.

Pause or skip

If Shopify displays pause or skip controls, using them affects future billing or the next scheduled order as described in the customer account. Service remains available only through the applicable paid-through date. After coverage ends, packages that arrive are handled under current pay-as-you-go rates and storage fees.

Charges after service ends

Receiving, storage, postage, forwarding, replacement-key, and other charges already incurred remain due. Packages received after the paid-through date may be charged at current pay-as-you-go rates. Private mailbox closure remains subject to the signed mailbox agreement and applicable USPS requirements.

Failed payments

Shopify or the payment provider may retry an unsuccessful recurring charge. Service may be suspended if payment remains unsuccessful. Customers are responsible for keeping payment and contact information current.
