Drop-off options
FedEx drop-offs
Bring a sealed package with a valid prepaid FedEx shipping label. The label must be readable and securely attached.
UPS drop-offs
Bring a sealed package with a valid prepaid UPS shipping label. Remove or cover old labels and barcodes.
USPS drop-offs
Bring an eligible, sealed package with valid prepaid USPS postage and a complete destination address.
Happy Returns
Check availability for your specific return before visiting. Your retailer’s return portal must show Happy Returns or a Return Bar as an available option for that order.
Complete the retailer’s return process and bring the active QR code with the eligible item. Retailer return windows, restrictions and refund rules apply.
Prepaid carrier packages must be sealed and labeled. We cannot accept hazardous, leaking or prohibited items. For Happy Returns, confirm eligibility in the retailer’s return portal and bring the active QR code.
